Shipping policy

Our standard production time on merchandise is 5–7 working days before shipping.
Other products vary, moon water  we may have in stock and ship within 24 hours.
For special batch orders of moon water, lead times will be communicated with you directly. Items such as wands, statues, and jewelery are often made to order, we will keep you updated on the progress every step of the way.

We always strive to dispatch orders sooner. Should we encounter any delays, we will contact you.

South Africa

Shipping within South Africa takes a maximum of 3 business days for most products. Should any exceptions apply, we will communicate this with you directly.

 

North America

Standard shipping to North America takes 10–14 business days.

Express shipping to North America takes 5–7 business days.
Please note that deliveries to remote areas within the USA may require an additional 3–4 business days.
